Our property is located in the heart of Ibla the beautiful old town of Ragusa. A couple of hundred meters from the Cathedral of St. George, between alleys and narrow streets, it is the ideal place to spend your holidays and from which to visit the province of Ragusa and the places of the famous Inspector Montalbano.
Ragusa Ibla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a focal point for visiting Val di Noto, “iblei” towns and Ragusa’s beaches.
The structure, a building of the early '900 completely renovated between 2012 and 2015, is conveniently located in the center of Ibla and it is within a walking distance from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest.

All rooms are modern and have air conditioning, heating, internet WiFi, LED TV, fridge, hairdryer, kettle.

The kitchens of the Room whit loft, a ground floor, and the Studio whit terrace, a second floor, are provided with the minimum equipment (olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, butter, jam, biscuits, cookware, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen linens and cleaning products) necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Studio with terrace, a second floor, is also equipped with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, oven, terrace furniture, therefore particularly suitable for very long periods.

The structure provides linen and towels, courtesy kit, midweek cleaning, cot and high chair on request.
